Register for the Event

Please note: the earlier people register, the easier it is for us to plan for the event. To encourage earlier registration we are adding an extra $5 fee to any registrations that occur less than seven days before the event.

Save $5 and register for this event by 11 pm on Sunday Oct 12.  Registration closes at 11 PM on Friday Oct 17, 2025.  The prices on the fee schedule reflect early/late registration.

We use the Orienteering USA (OUSA) Event Register system to manage our events.

  • An OUSA account is not required.  If you don't have an OUSA membership, select the Enter Data Manually option.

  • Your registration is not complete until you sign your waiver and pay your fees (adults must sign for minors).

    • Parents/Guardians, please register your minor children separately and sign the waver for them.

  • As the complexity and length of the course increases, the fees increase accordingly.

  • Each participant must be registered individually, even if they are part of a team.

    • If you are part of a team, enter the team name/ID on the registration form so that we can group you with your team for the starts and results.

  • After registration has closed, we will send an email out with the final instructions for the event.
