Free beginner clinics offered between 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM for first-time orienteers.

Individual starts from 10:00 to 12:00 NOON.

Social event afterward to share course experiences and get to know others.

All courses close at 3 PM and control pickup begins at that time.


Event Description
The Greenway point-to-point orienteering event explores a 4-square-km area of South Beaverton surrounding the Conestoga Recreation and Aquatic Center. You choose one of seven courses from short beginner to very long advanced and you have up to 3 hours to find all of the controls on your course in the order shown on your map. These courses use the MapRun phone app to verify each control location found.

Register for the Event
You must register for this event online by 11 PM on Friday March 7, 2025. We use the Orienteering USA (OUSA) Event Register system to manage our events.

An OUSA account is not required. If you don't have an OUSA membership, select the Enter Data Manually option.

Your registration is not complete until you sign your waiver and pay your fees (adults must sign for minors).

Parents/Guardians, please register your minor children separately and sign the waver for them.​

​The fees differ based on the complexity and length of your course. Please note that the fees listed in the Fees table below are for members (of any orienteering club). Fees are $5 more for non-members for every course.

Each participant must be registered individually, even if they are part of a team.​​

If you are part of a team, enter the team name/ID (or the names of your teammates) on the registration form so that we can group you with your team for the starts and results.

After registration has closed, we will send an email out with the final instructions for the event.​

Take highway 217 to exit 4B (SW Scholls Ferry Rd).

Go west on SW Scholls Ferry Rd for 1.6 miles to SW 125th Ave.

Turn right and go 0.3 miles to SW Conestoga Dr.

Turn left and go 250 feet to the first driveway on the right.

Turn right into the parking lot, then left

Park on the side of the athletic facility facing the high school athletic fields.
