Event Description
NOTE: The earlier planned White River East Sno Park venue remains closed for the time being while the forest service continues firefighting operations on the Grasshopper fire. The courses that we designed for the closed venue will be used for next year. The replacement courses at Skyline Sno Park venue have similar course stats, but in a very different forested environment (note: the courses are in the more runnable areas)
The Skyline Sno-Park event center is located next to Highway 26 south of Mt Hood. The event courses are in utilize an almost totally forested and partially hilly environment. There are three vehicle tracks and no permanent trails, but we have created temporary pin-flag trails for the white, yellow, and orange courses. The advanced courses (brown, green, red, and blue) do not show the pin-flagged trails on their maps.

If you want, you can make this a two-day adventure by hiking around the nearby Frog Lake or Timothy Lake. Camping can be found at many local campgrounds, some of which are located at the above named lakes.
